The jersey makers of defending Premier League champions Puma have teamed up with local clothing brand ‘Madchester’ to produce a special edition shirt that fans can purchase next season.
The partnership is expected to adopt a format similar to last season’s collaboration with BALR, where a unique edition was produced and released for sale, but never worn by the first team in action.
Madchester’s design has taken social media by storm since the first images leaked social networks by Esvaphane – which revealed two photos of the new design, as well as accompanying products.

The jersey adopts a bold color scheme with a distorted Manchester City club crest, as well as the Puma branding and logo of Manchester-based clothing brand Madchester – in place of the usual Etihad Airways branding.
According to FootyHeadlines information, it is indicated that there will be two colors of the Puma x Madchester jerseys.
In addition to the white edition seen above, there will also be one in green, or officially known as “Thyme”. However, there is no indication what type of design this kit will adopt.

As expected, and as escape by Esvaphane this week the Madchester fan-produced kits for purchase at Manchester City will also be accompanied by a range of additional products, which implement a similar color and design to the main shirt.
