The local bookstore chain has finally gone digital for customers in Metro Manila looking for their latest read from home
Manila, Philippines – Attention bookworms – Booksale has gone digital! Metro Manila customers can now order books directly from the online bookstore chain and have them delivered the next day.
In a Facebook post on Monday, Jan. 17, Booksale said customers can message them on Facebook Messenger to inquire about available titles. Once your order is complete, payment is made through GCash. Once payment is confirmed, delivery will be scheduled for overnight delivery by Booksale, with the customer responsible for shipping costs.
Customers can also pre-book their orders up to three days and schedule in-store pickup at any of Booksale’s Metro Manila branches. They can pay in-store or online before pick-up. Booksale’s online hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
The local bookstore chain, which sells low-cost, second-hand books and publications, aims to “make reading affordable”. They have branches in Makati City, Taguig City, Pasay City, Manila, Muntinlupa City, San Juan City, Valenzuela City, Mandaluyong City, Paranaque City, Las Pinas City, Malabon City, and Quezon City. They also have stores in Visayas and Mindanao.
In August, Booksale announced that they were available on Shopee. – Rappler.com
