STRONGVILLE, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Union Home Mortgage (UHM) ranked first in Ohio in terms of loan volume for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program for Development rural in 2021, marking the third straight year the company has won the top spot. The 100% financing program helps lenders work with eligible households living in rural areas to make home ownership a reality.
